Intermediate Rec Program
Our intermediate rec program is for youth rowers that have completed at least one prior season of summer camps, rec program, or competitive program.
Intermediate rec rowers will do a mixture of sweep and sculling in different boat classes. Program focus points are technique, fitness, and having fun out on the water!
Ages
We welcome participants in 7th-12th grade to this program.
7th graders looking to move up from beginner rec should check with their coach prior to registration.
Cost
$350 per season
Where
All practices are held at Waller Creek Boathouse at 74 Trinity St.
When
Our next season of intermediate rec will run once a week from Jan-Mar 2026.
After the first session concludes, we will have another season that will run from mid-Mar to May 2026.
All practices are on Mondays from 5:30-7:30 PM.

Requirements

This is a once weekly program for 7th-12th graders that meets on Mondays from 5:30-7:30 PM.
It is intended for athletes that have already completed one session of summer camps, rec program, or competitive program.
